By accessing or using TradeFloor ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

TradeFloor provides algorithmic cryptocurrency trading tools, including but not limited to:

• Automated trade execution via user-provided exchange API keys
• Market signals and technical analysis indicators
• Portfolio tracking, performance analytics, and trade journaling
• Configurable trading strategies with risk management parameters

4. API Key Usage

You are solely responsible for the API keys you provide to the Service. TradeFloor uses your keys exclusively for executing trades and reading account data as configured by you. You must ensure your API keys have appropriate permissions and should never enable withdrawal access. TradeFloor is not liable for unauthorized use of your API keys or any actions taken through your exchange account.

5. Account & Subscription

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. A free tier is available so you can evaluate the Service before purchasing. Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable; refunds may be granted at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for market manipulation or any illegal activity
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TradeFloor does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any trading strategy will be profitable. In no event shall TradeFloor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or funds, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. All active trading configurations will be stopped. You may request export or deletion of your data.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the platform or email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Jurisdiction

This Service may not be available in all jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of TradeFloor complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. TradeFloor does not target or solicit users in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading or automated trading services are prohibited.
