Every change goes live through a single trunk. PRs are measured in hours, not weeks. Our changelog is the roadmap.
02 · ownership
End-to-end, from PR to PagerDuty.
You write it, you deploy it, you watch it. On-call rotates weekly. Postmortems are blameless, written, public internally.
03 · tools
Python 3.14, FastAPI, React, Postgres.
No microservice sprawl. No JIRA. One repo, one CI, one deploy pipeline. We optimise for the smallest team that can ship this.
04 · comp
Cash + meaningful equity.
Senior market rate in EUR or USDC. Equity is real — early stage, small cap table, early exercise supported.
